The Highlands Snow Report – 01/09

Last updated: Friday 09:49 AM

CONDITIONS UPDATE: January 9th 2026

Good Morning from The Highlands Team!

Today’s Download
Friday vibes start now! The ski hill will be open from 9 AM – 9 PM, and the Friday Music Series is back at The Zoo Bar tonight with Dueling Pianos!
We saw warm temps and a bit of rain overnight, but our grooming team was out working hard to dial in the best conditions for today. Expect soft snow to start the day, with cooler temps and firmer snow as we move into the afternoon and evening. Even better snow is in the forecast later today and into Saturday, so winter is ready to take over again!

With the melt, you may see some puddles in the parking lots and on the roads, so take it slow and stay safe. Have a great weekend friends!
