Good Morning from The Highlands Team!

Today’s Download Good Friday morning! It’s going to be one of the best MLK weekends yet! The pleasantview valley received a couple of new inches of snow last night, so between that, and our world class snowmaking team doing a refresh last night, conditions going into MLK weekend are looking SNOWtacular! We can’t wait for you to arrive. We are warming up the warmest lift in the Midwest, so take a seat on C6 and enjoy the day at The Highlands. There are lots of apres activities happening all weekend, so make sure to check out our happenings. Thanks for enjoying winter with us.

Roads and sidewalks can be slippery at times, but our resort road commission staff are out sanding and salting, so please, take it slow and be safe. Have a great weekend friends!

SNOWMAKING-GROOMING UPDATE
Our snowmakers were back at it last night doing a refresh on the face of the mountain, so that the upcoming Martin Luther King weekend has the best conditions. Thanks to them and our grooming team, working 24/7, conditions continue to be great.

RESORT EVENTS
ZOO BAR FRIDAY NIGHT SERIES: 6 PM to 9 PM tonight we feature Dig A Pony.

This Beatles tribute band, made up of talented northern Michigan musicians, Dig A Pony covers the entire span of the iconic band’s career. From their early hits to their later masterpieces, they bring the timeless magic of The Beatles to life!

The Aonach Mor Moonlight Dinner is now on select winter nights. This is a fine dining experience atop North Peak, reached by sleigh ride and served by candlelight. Sign up on our website. It is an experience you don’t want to miss.

We also have Night Hikes to North Peak on select nights, which is always a favorite for the entire family.

LIFT TICKETS, RENTAL, & SKI SCHOOL
Before heading to the hill, you should buy your lift tickets online in advance for the lowest rates. Rentals and lessons should be reserved 24 – 48 hours in advance. We now have a Winter Bundle that lets you bundle lift, rental, and a lesson to customize your experience. We also have a SnowFlex ticket pack, purchase 2 – 5 days of lift tickets and use them whenever it works out for you, with no blackout dates – 100% flexibility. We want it to be easy. Our Resort Services team is available in the Day Lodge to help with anything you may need.
