Gooooood morning Boyne Mountain! It’s Kyler, with today’s snow report.
It’s snowing. And it’s going to snow more later today.
We’ve got a double feature happening now into Thursday. Two clipper systems are passing so close together that we’re bundling the totals: 4-7".
Here’s the breakdown:
System #1 (happening now): Runs through noon today. Snowfall rates will pick up now through the morning commute hours, so if you’re heading out, give yourself extra time.
System #2: Kicks back in around 7pm tonight and runs through 7pm Thursday. This one might pack just as much punch as the first thanks to the winds coming in with it.
There’s roughly an eight-hour break this afternoon between systems. If you want to get some runs in before round two, that’s your window.

Wednesday – Saturday: 9am – 9pm
FIRST TRACKS
For season passholders: Mountain Express opens at 8:30am on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays. Get those fresh corduroy lines before anyone else.
Not a passholder? The Boyne Forever Foundation First Tracks Access experience gives same-day lift ticket holders the same exclusive early-morning lift access (on select dates). It’s your chance to earn those turns and support a great cause.
IGLU BOYNE MOUNTAIN
Michigan’s new snow fort bar is open at Disciples Overlook. Fire pits outside, fur blankets inside, and an Aperol Spritz that supports the Boyne Forever Foundation. Access via Disciples 8 or SkyBridge Michigan.
LIGHTS IN THE SKY
Over 200,000 lights. World’s longest timber-towered suspension bridge. Panoramic views of the Boyne Valley. Take the chairlift up and walk the bridge at night.
IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS
Our snowmaking and grooming teams are actively working on closed terrain throughout the daytime hours. For everyone’s safety, please respect all closure signs and ropes. Great news, uphill skiing and skinning is allowed on designated routes during specific hours.
