Schuss Mountain
FEBRUARY 7
Saturdays at Schuss just hit different. Overnight temps dropped just like we had hoped, and our grooming crew worked their magic on the slopes. We’re expecting snow to stay nice and firm throughout the day, making for some really good turns.
We’ll have the Pink, Purple, Blue and Yellow quads running along with the Magic Carpet and Low Rider Tow Rope open until 9:00p. The Red lift will close at 4:15p.
Today, the White Pine Stampede Point to Point Cross Country Race is celebrating its 50th anniversary! If you want to catch the finish line action, swing by the Schuss Mountain Pro Shop to view the 40K, 20K, and 10K races.
Heads up: portions of Pinecone and Winterbrook Trails will be closed for the race this morning, but should be back open by 12 Noon.
