TODAY’S BLOG
Good Morning! Let the weekend begin! Wax up, pack your gear, and get outside today! We have a PURE MICHIGAN WEEKEND planned ahead with tons of action all centered around what makes our state special – see the details below.
Nothing more means Pure Michigan than falling snow and a winter weather advisory until Sunday with upwards of 2-4 inches of new snow. With temperatures holding in the low 30’s today, it’s going to be a great day to ride! We also have SHAGGY SKIS DEMO DAY, come demo some Pure Michigan Made skis made right here in Northern Michigan! Take your time getting here today as the roads may be slippery and snow covered, but once your here enjoy your day at The Highlands! We are glad you’re here.

Race Trainings: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM on North Tournament

RESORT EVENTS

Celebrate Winter, Michigan-Style
Hit the slopes by day, then gather around the bonfire with a Michigan craft beer in hand. Test your euchre skills, show off your trivia knowledge (how well do YOU know the mitten?), and taste the best of Michigan with local wines, spirits, and classic pies from Grand Traverse Pie Company.

Whether you are a lifelong Michigander or just visiting, this weekend is all about good snow, great people, and the kind of fun that only happens up north.
