Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 02/24

Last updated: Tuesday 07:38 AM

Gooooood morning Boyne Mountain! It’s Kyler, with today’s snow report.

Snow and gusty winds return through the day today, with hazardous travel conditions likely this afternoon into the evening. High of 29° with winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph. Activity transitions to lake effect snow tonight, and we are positioned in the 4-6" zone with 6"+ possible after lake effect ramps up tonight.

High of 29° with winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph.

If you’re heading to the mountain today, give yourself extra time and be prepared for changing conditions. Roads will be snow-covered and slick, especially this afternoon into evening. Mother Nature heard my complaints about the boring forecast and she delivered.

Ramshead is open with a fresh build for you. Come get some. The park crew crushed it.

With Big Mountain Energy,
Kyler

IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS

Our snowmaking and grooming teams are actively working on closed terrain throughout the daytime hours. For everyone’s safety, please respect all closure signs and ropes. Great news, uphill skiing and skinning is allowed on designated routes during specific hours.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Smart skiing means better days for everyone. Know the code, respect the mountain, and keep your head up. When you’re paying attention out there, families feel confident, experts can push their limits, and everyone gets the best of winter up north.
