Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 03/31

Last updated: Tuesday 11:01 AM

Gooooood morning Boyne Mountain! It’s Kyler, with today’s snow report.

I’m back from a week in Big Sky! The snow was soft, but the vibes were high. Honestly though? It feels more like winter here than it did in the mountains. Michigan doesn’t quit.

A stormy Tuesday ahead.

Overcast skies with temperatures climbing to around 44° and light easterly winds of 5-10 mph. Rain chances sit at 80%, so plan accordingly if you’re heading up.

Not the prettiest day on the mountain, but conditions are still riding GREAT! Get those morning laps in before the rain picks up.

Looking Ahead: Winter Storm Thursday

Thursday is the week’s most notable day a winter storm system could bring a mix of snow and freezing rain. I’ll have more details as we get closer.

Friday clears out but stays cool and cloudy. Another round of storms rolls through Saturday with increasing winds. Sunday wraps the week with a cold front, dropping temperatures sharply and bringing the chance of heavy winds and lake effect snow across northern Michigan.

Late season in Michigan never disappoints. Stay tuned.

With Big Mountain Energy,
Kyler
