Indianhead Mountain Snow Report – 03/18
UPDATE: Thanks to our groomers and the snowmakers making tons of snow to stock pile, we anticipate having up to 90% of our skiable acreage open for the weekend.
What does this mean? About 369 skiable acres and 40 trails combined between Indianhead and Blackjack! That’s more terrain than most Midwest resorts when they are 100% open. Ski season isn’t over yet!
Spring skiing conditions here at Indianhead. We still have good coverage on most of the mountain, especially from Voyager’s Hwy to Geronimo. The East t-bar area is closed for the season.
Today: 15 trails open with 3 lifts open.
We have a 36" snow base.
Our snowfall for the season is 192".
The trails are machine groomed, power tilled.
The Big Chief Terrain park is also open.
INDIANHEAD AND BLACKJACK ARE OPEN FOR SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING. Indianhead is open 7 days a week, Blackjack Friday – Mondays.
Combined with our sister resort Blackjack, we have 50 runs and about 400 skiable acres open!!!
