Indianhead is OPEN FOR THE SEASON! Blackjack will be opening on Saturday, December 26!!

4 inches of new snow overnight and snowmaking temps. This means we’ll be able to fire up the snowguns again and pump out more snow.

Early next week (Sun through Tuesday) we will have Leelinaw, Winnebago and Flambeau trails open as well weather permitting. Hope to get FIS open as well. By December 31, we hope to have 80% of skiable terrain or 192 skiable acres open.

Over at Blackjack, Shanty Girl, Oxbow, Just Cuz, Narrow Gauge and the Beginner Area will be open. Narrow Gauge Park will be open with features!

Combined with Blackjack, we should have about 326 skiable acres for December 31. That’s over 2X’s the size of Granite Peak’s entire mountain!
