Boyne Highlands Snow Report – 01/08

Happy Friday! The weekend and new terrain are here! Our crews worked around the clock this past week taking advantage of great snowmaking conditions to add Floradora and Lois Lane to our run line up. Our total is now at 225 acres of skiable terrain over 23 runs and we are expecting to hit 300 acres tomorrow. Also now spinning for the season are Interconnect and North Face Lifts. Come out and catch a chair, ride early or late, lifts will be turning from 9am-9pm.

Our crews will be grooming fresh corduroy to ensure the conditions are the best they can be when you arrive to make your turns. Checking out the weather, today’s temperatures will be in the upper 30s with light winds.  Snow showers are possible but only leaving a small trace.

Today is the last day to ski and ride for free if you are a Frequent Skier/Rider card holder! When you’re not riding or skiing for free your card saves you $25 on Monday-Friday lift tickets and $15 on Saturday-Sunday, night and holiday lift tickets. Don’t have yours yet? No problem – pick yours up at any Boyne Country Sports location, at Boyne Highlands lift ticket window or online.

Have a friend or somebody you know that wants to start skiing or snowboarding? January is Learn to Ski and Snowboard Month and we are offering classes daily for first timers. Find out more information here.
