Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 01/13
What an incredible start to the week we’ve had with snow day after snow day! After receiving 13″ of pure powder last weekend through Monday, yesterday we saw yet another 4″ accumulate! In total, 17″ of pure pow has fallen over the last 72 hours, with more forecast for today. There’s no doubt we’re skiing and riding with the best conditions of the season to date, so grab the gear and let’s ride!
We’re offering over 230 skiable acres spread across 35 different runs today, and plan to open more terrain yet this week! Lifts are spinning today from 9am-9pm, so come out early and take advantage of the pristine conditions, or join us late under the lights. For today’s prices, be sure to visit our lift ticket page.
Looking ahead: Our outstanding snowmaking and grooming teams are taking full advantage of this storm to get more terrain open for skiing and riding! Snowmaking continues at every opportunity and we plan on continuing our terrain expansion in the Disciples Ridge area, as well as the Superbowl area and the Tubing Park! Stay tuned and we will update as often as possible.
Eager to get some air? Our Terrain Park crew is working hard in the Ramshead park – pushing out snow and setting features. We are aiming to officially open the park as early as this weekend. We will be building our N. McLouth and Boyneland parks as soon as we are able.
Off the slopes: Don’t forget about Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark! With 88,000 square feet of wet and wild fun for all ages, the park stays at a toasty 84 degrees year-round! Schedule a Zipline Adventure Tour to see the resort from a whole different angle! We have tons of great ways to have fun here at Boyne Mountain Resort!
