Shanty Creek Snow Report – 01/30

Saturday, January 30

Today’s weather forecast calls for snow in the morning transitioning to cloudy skies as the day progresses.

Schuss Mountain is open today from 9a-10p with 100% of its slopes available serviced by the pink, yellow, purple and red lifts and the magic carpet.

Summit Mountain has 9 slopes open today with lift service from green chair and the magic carpet from 9a-10p. Our 6-lane tubing park will also be available from 10a-10p.

Our Nordic trail system is in great shape after a grooming yesterday. The week’s snow fall and today’s cooler temps have created excellent trail conditions. Warmer weekend temps will likely soften them a bit but cold temps return along with more snow next week, and that should have Nordic enthusiasts very excited for next Saturday’s White Pine Stampede.

Have you heard? This season we want folks who ski or ride elsewhere to take a Test Ride of Schuss Mountain. We’ve made Big Changes and improvements. It’s time to prove that our terrain, snow conditions, park scene, on-hill dining options, and overall guest service combine into one incredible experience and value.
