Nub’s Nob Ski Area Snow Report – 11/24

We’ll be open from 9 till 4:30 Thursday thru Sunday on at least 2 slopes and 2 lifts.

Our World Class snowmaking Crew has made the most of this early season cold snap and we can’t wait to go skiing and riding! Early season conditions and slopes widths will be the norm, rentals, ski school and a limited menu in the cafeteria will be available also.

We’ll then close down Monday next week to make more snow and plan to reopen the following weekend.

$30 adult/teen/senior and $25 child (9-12) per day and $25/adult and $20/child rentals.

Children 8 and under ski free any day with a skiing guardian – 70 and over are free every day! YAHOO!

New Snow Overnight:	1″	3 days: 1″	7 days: 3″	YTD: 3″
Number of Runs Open:	2 runs open Thursday thru Sunday – Smooth Sailing (intermediate) and Bigtime (beginner). We’ll likely be able to add one more run on Friday.
Number of Lifts Open:	2 lifts open Thursday thru Sunday – Green and Purple
Glade Skiing Conditions:	Closed while we wait for more snow
XC Trail System:	Closed while we wait for more snow
Banked Slalom Course:	Closed
Night Skiing:	Begins December 26
Terrain Parks:	Expect a few features available by Friday morning.
Snowmaking:	The award-winning Nub’s Snow Crew was forced to turn off the guns Wednesday morning due to warmer temp’s, but with over 60 hours of snowmaking completed we are in good shape for opening weekend. Looks like the next 7 days will not be cold enough to run, but we will be ready when the cold air returns. If you are out skiing this weekend be sure to say “thanks” to a snowmaker.
