Skiing with that special someone is the perfect way to spend a winter day!

We received 1 to 2 inches of heavy, dense snow yesterday afternoon, which was perfect for sprucing up the trails. Despite the fresh snow, we have decided not to groom this morning based on the warmer temps (34F at 6:45am). Ginzu Dana will test out grooming on the Blizzard Trail this morning, and if it works and doesn’t make slush, he will proceed to the rest of the trail network. We have a 6 to 8 inch packed base, and 13 to 16 inches of snow in the woods.

Forecast:

Today: Flurries or freezing drizzle possible early. Cloudy. High around 35F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph.

Tonight: Generally clear skies. Low around 25F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tomorrow: A mix of clouds and sun in the morning followed by cloudy skies during the afternoon. High 37F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Snow in the evening will become lighter overnight. Low 29F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of snow 90%. 1 to 3 inches of snow expected.
