It’s a beautiful day at Shanty Creek Resorts! Fresh snow and beautifully groomed corduroy are the perfect way to ring in the new year!
Schuss Mountain:
Today’s weather forecast calls for light snow (accumulations up to 3″) with highs around 30 degrees. We received 3-4″ of new snow yesterday evening – so get out and grab some of our powder stashes early!
Surface snow conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with a base of up to 48″.100% of our skiable terrain is available on 42 slopes. The yellow, purple, pink, red and magic carpet pods are all available.
The Low Rider Terrain Park, Natty Park and our Monster Park are all available today.
Nordic Center Update:
All 35km of our Nordic trails were groomed and trackset this morning.
