Shanty Creek Snow Report – 01/08
Shanty Creek Resorts received 3″ of new snow yesterday and up to another inch is in the forecast for today. Highs will be around 17 degrees.
Schuss Mountain:
Surface snow conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with a base of up to 60″. All 42 slopes are available today with the yellow, purple, pink, red and magic carpet servicing these runs.
The Low Rider Terrain Park, Natty Park and our Monster Park are all available as well. The monster park was rebuilt on Wednesday.
Summit Mountain:
Surface snow conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with a base of up to 16″. 2 Slopes are available today serviced by the green lift, magic carpet and tow rope.
Nordic Trails:
All 35km of our Nordic trails were groomed and trackset this morning.
