Here is the live trail camera view of the practice area this morning!

We received 2 to 3 inches of heavy, dense snow last night, which has converted the Higgins Lake area in a white, wintery scene! Ginzu Dana has been out since dawn packing the snow, and will continue to do so throughout the day today. The cold temps tonight should make for ideal grooming conditions tomorrow, putting us in great shape for the weekend!

Forecast:

Today: Snow showers. Temps nearly steady in the low to mid 30s. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 40%.

Tonight: Overcast. A few flurries or snow showers possible. Low near 25F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph.

Tomorrow: Cloudy skies. A few flurries or snow showers possible. High 29F. Winds W at 10 to 20 mph.

Today’s Stone Turtle Cafe lunch special is the Deluxe Pizza Panini! Ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, banana peppers, marinara sauce, and mozzarella, served hot between two slices of toasted Stone House Sourdough Bread. Served with Great Lakes Chips and a pickle. Grill Cook George Frye will make a special appearance on the Stone Turtle Day Lodge Sun Deck to Fire Grill your choice of Salmon Burgers, Lean Beef Burgers or Black Bean Veggie Burgers, all available in the famously spicy Fire on the Mountain style.
