Fischer Director of Nordic, Rick Halling, and rep Mike Wagner visited yesterday and showed us some new and exciting things for next year!

As of yesterday the snow was still remarkably good on most trails, and conditions were great given the warm temps. We received some rain over night, however, and so will not be grooming this morning. Conditions on the trails have changed from very good to marginal due to this rain, which has also exposed some debris, ice, and some bare spots at this point. The Blizzard Trail and practice area will be open for skiing today, but we are asking skiers not to ski on the other trails in order to preserve the snow pack that we have.

Forecast:

Today: Cloudy with rain ending for the afternoon. High around 55F. Winds WSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: Some clouds. Areas of dense fog. Low 36F. Winds light and variable.

Tomorrow: Areas of dense morning fog. Sunshine along with some cloudy intervals. High 62F. Winds SSW at 10 to 15 mph.
