Porcupine Mountains Snow Report – 02/24

WINTER WEATHER ACTIVITIES UPDATE: We are snowing and in a winter storm warning. This storm is to pass through tonight through tomorrow night bringing us 4 – 12 inches of snow, per the national weather service.

SNOWBURST Festival is happening tomorrow, staff is preparing the ski hill now for this event. Tomorrow, we recommend calling ahead to find out if the Lantern Lit Trail activity will be happening. It depends on the snow we get.

Right now, our ski/snowshoe trails are in very poor shape. Most folks are hiking them.

The crosscountry groomers just announced they will assess the conditions in the morning and will groom Deeryard trail and Superior Loop only IF we get enough snow. Please call ahead for conditions report tomorrow between 8am and 4 pm eastern time at (906) 885-5275, ext 0.
