Vasa Trail Cross Country Ski Report – 02/24
Don’t put those skis away just yet! According to the groomers a fresh 4″ fell on the trail last night. They are rolling it today and will have an update later. Based on how the trail looked Wednesday morning I’m guessing there will be good skiing this weekend.
For those wondering if the drive is worth it to the trail this weekend, I’d say yes. You’re best bet is to start at Timber Ridge or the Rock to ensure good snow coverage/base, but if anybody gets out to the Bartlett Rd Trailhead (or anywhere on the trail today for that matter) please post an update so we can know what’s up.
I can’t get out til tomorrow but this pic is from earlier this season and what I imagine it looks like today. Ski on, y’all! 😉❄👍🏼
**And oh yeah, feel free to share this post with your ski friends. You might make somebody’s day letting them know there’s still great skiing to be had despite the recent warm up! Let’s get em all out on the trail.
