The Wild Turkey Trail is the best of the bunch!

We did a lot of work on the trails yesterday, and ended up with snow that is quite skiable and downright nice in many spots! Groomer James ginzu snow combed all but the Tall Pines trail, and then he and Trail Doctor Grant moved snow piles around to patch up the trails where needed. Tractor Bob used the pre-seeder attachment on the practice area, which ground up the hard pack beautifully. All in all the trails are in the best shape they’ve been in for the last week plus, and conditions are pretty good for skating, and good for classic (we have not been able to set tracks because the hard pack is too solid). We will not be grooming today, and expect conditions to be quite favorable once it softens up a bit by late morning.

Tonight: Partly cloudy early followed by cloudy skies overnight. Slight chance of a rain shower. Low near 30F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.

Tomorrow: Thunder possible. High around 45F. Winds SSE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 70%.
