The skiing is fantastic! Winter conditions are back in full force. Ginzu Dana snow combed the skate lanes and re-set tracks yesterday, and many skiers enjoyed excellent conditions for both skating and classic skiing. Groomer James will begin snow combing the skating lanes and resetting tracks where needed this morning. It will be a great day of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, and perfect for Ski the Beer Trail starting today at 11:00am!

TODAY: Ski the Beer Trail with Paddle Hard Brewing & Michigan Search and Rescue!
Join for a day of craft beer, barbecue, live music, and rescue dogs on the ski trails! From 11:00am to 4:00pm, Paddle Hard Brewing will bring their hops to the snow at Trapper’s Cabin, where skiers and snow-shoers can try some of Michigan’s most excellent craft beer, feast on a gourmet barbecue of locally made beer brats with German Dave, and enjoy live music by the Whittington Fam Band!
The Beer Trail Pass includes a full day facilities pass, barbecue lunch at Trapper’s Cabin, and four beer tasting tokens for $35. Additional beer tokens may be purchased separately. Ski and snowshoe rentals are available for a nominal fee on a first come, first served basis. Also, special event sponsor Michigan Search and Rescue will be doing live demos with their rescue dogs at 1:00pm and 3:00pm on the Sun Deck!
