Given Old Man Winter’s sour temperament this week we will not re-open the trails for skiing and riding this weekend (Dec. 1 – 3). Instead, we will focus on holding the snow we’ve made thus far in anticipation of snowmaking temperatures returning mid- to late-next week, with potential for around-the-clock snowmaking on the horizon. Remember, under ideal conditions we have the capability to cover the mountain in a foot of snow in 45 hours which means we can go from one trail to several in a short period of time. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and THINK COLD, THINK SNOW. It’s coming!
