This group of skiers enjoyed sunny skies over New Years Weekend!

We received another light dusting of snow last night, which, combined with the snow we received throughout the day yesterday, will make for marvelous conditions today. Skating lanes will be snow combed this morning by Groomer Mike. Classic tracks are firm and set. Today’s milder temps will make it one of the more enjoyable weather days to XC ski!

Forecast:

Today: A mix of clouds and sun. High 16F. Winds WSW at 10 to 20 mph.

Tonight: Cloudy. A few flurries or snow showers possible. Low around 10F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow: Cloudy with snow showers developing during the afternoon. High 17F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 40%

Today’s Stone Turtle Day Lodge Cafe lunch special is the Hummus-Among-Us Panini! Homemade hummus, provolone cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, and basil pesto on Stone House 7-grain bread. Served with Great Lakes Chips and a dill pickle spear. Try a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie for dessert!
