Crystal Mountain Snow Report – 01/16

Lingering lake effect (meaning sporadic) snow showers plus "bundle-up!" temperatures mean frosty fun in our Buck Hills range today. Fifty-eight runs are open today. Buck, Clipper, Loki and the Totem Park carpet tows operate from 9am-4:30pm, while the North Face and Ridge lifts operate from 10am-4:30pm. SKI TIP: When it’s cold outside, the most protected runs are on the backside of the mountain. When arctic air prevails, the warmest form of winter fun is cross country skiing.

Basin Street boasts a 20 ft propane tank spine in the middle, some new builds include a 30 ft rainbow rail, 20ft battleship box, 20ft down tower tube, 30 ft flat down flat rail, 30 ft down rail, 20ft A-frame box and the 21 ft flat rail.
